Information We Collect

• Account and profile data: name, email address, company details, mailing address, phone number, pay-frequency selections, branding choices, and other profile fields you choose to provide.
• Workflow and memo data: search inputs, scenario assumptions, saved search history, memo draft fields, and exported memo metadata. If you are on a paid plan, we may also store generated memo PDFs so you can re-download prior exports from your account.
• Contact and support data: messages you send through our contact form, demo requests, support emails, and related follow-up information.
• Billing and subscription data: plan selections, order references, subscription status, and related billing metadata from our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Technical and usage data: device, browser, IP-derived technical logs, page views, feature usage, and other interaction data used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Pay Memo and its workflows.
• Save account preferences, memo history, and related user settings.
• Process subscriptions, engagement-pass access, and account entitlements.
